Now, using the facial guidelines you drew in step one, you will start drawing out the beginning lines for his face like the eyes, nose, and mouth. You will then sketch out the strip of hair that is in the middle of Spikes head. Make sure you make his hair a bit puffy.   STEP 3. Next, draw out the spike like horns around the eyes, the eyebrows, and around the cheek parts of Spikes face. You will also detail and define his white stripe of hair style.   STEP 4. you are now on step four and what you will do now is start drawing out the big ears that distinguish these creatures. Once the ears are drawn out you will detail and define the ear tissue as seen here. Next, sketch out Stripes nose and then draw out the evil looking grin in more detail while drawing out his tiny sharp teeth. Draw more pointed horn shapes on his chin and then start drawing out the plated looking shoulder pads that you see here.   STEP 5. Now that the face and head of Spike the gremlin is drawn out, you will start working on the shape of his arms and torso. What you will do first is draw out the arms and then add vertical lines on them as well. Draw the shape of and lining of his torso as well. Next draw out the beginning shape of his left thigh as add the vertical lines as well. This is what Spikes skin looks like.   STEP 6. You can now start drawing out the Spikes hands and fingers and you will add the definition detailing to the hands and fingers as well. Make sure you give him some long sharp looking claws and then draw more of his legs as seen here.   STEP 7. Finish off this tutorial on how to draw gremlins Spike by sketching out the rest of his legs and then his three toed feet. Once you add the same striped detailing to his skin you can start erasing the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up your sketch preparing it for color.   STEP 8.
