STEP 1. To start this lesson on Owl you will need to draw a circle for his head and then add the facial guidelines and shapes so that Owl has a good solid frame to work with. One the wings, torso, lower end, and leg guidelines are drawn you can move to the next step.   STEP 2. In this second step you will start sketching out the actual shape of Owl's head and then draw his long eyebrows as you see here. Once that is done you can color in the brows and then draw the facial marking shapes that the eyes sit in. Once the eyes are drawn you will draw out the shape of his beak.   STEP 3. Sketch out the feathery shape of owls face and then detail inside of his mouth. You will then start sketching out the beginning lines for his enormous wings and his feathery chest. Draw seven dot marks on his upper chest and then move on.   STEP 4. You will now work solely on Owls wings. Draw then spread out like he is making an expression to say something and then make sure that all the feathers are drawn out evenly and neatly. Add some detail to the wing bone and move to step five.   STEP 5. Here is your last drawing step. All you have to do is draw out the rest of Owl's body which also includes his legs, feet and tail. Once that is done you can start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.   STEP 6.
