STEP 1. Start off by drawing the slightly curved lines which is going to be for the small foothills of the forest or woods. When that is done draw the stick like tree trunks and limbs like so.   STEP 2. Tackle one hill at a time, and when you do so, add some texture to the surface lining. When that is done draw in a bush off to the right, and then begin drawing out the shapes of the four tree trunks you see here.   STEP 3. Sketch out the caps or tops to each tree like you see here. You can get creative and draw different style foliage if you like, or you can keep it as is. Once the trees are taken care of, add some more shrubbery, and then add some grass at the base of selected trees, and then add the tree bark detailing to the tree to the far right.   STEP 4. For your last drawing step all you have to do is draw in another tree in the far distance, and then add more bushes, rocks, and some berries on the bush in front of you. Once that is done, add some detailing lines in the trunks, and then finish off the trees design up above. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one so that your wooded area looks good enough to camp in. If you want to be real creative, you can add a tent instead of a tree in the far distance followed by a campfire.   STEP 5. In the end this is what your drawing should come out looking like. All you need to do now is color in your woods that you just drew.   Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Step 5.
