STEP 1. Make the head guide shape along with the shoulders and torso. Draw in the facial guidelines then proceed to step two.   STEP 2. Use the guides to sketch out the shape of Satsuki's face like so. There is hair straight down the side of her face on the right that you will need to add.   STEP 3. Next, draw in the puffy style bangs, and when you do this be sure that there are notches or gaps.   STEP 4. Use the facial guidelines to draw the shapes of her eyes which are almost in the same form of almonds. Draw the nose and a frown for a mouth.   STEP 5. Finish the eyes and then draw the brows. The eyebrows are the same design as Ryuko's, so draw them in the same way. Draw the rest of her bangs and add a bit of detailing to her top lip.   STEP 6. Finish drawing the hair which is also the head shape. Add some small square barrettes and and add notches to the ends of her hair.   STEP 7. Draw the shape of her neck, then draw lining for the collar of her short or jacket. Add the shoulder flaps that are part of her suit jacket, then move to step eight.   STEP 8. Draw in the rest of the collar to complete the top portion for her shirt. When that is done you can add the trim lining at the base of the design from her shirt.   STEP 9. You can draw in the rest of Satsuki's upper body by drawing the chest and back. Add the tie and move to the last drawing step which is step ten.   STEP 10. Draw the arms, and then add the tassel to her shoulder pads. Add the marks on the sides of her torso for the jacket design. Erase the mistakes and guides then that's it.   STEP 11. The line art comes out looking like the drawing you see here. Now you can color in the character before you show off your work.   Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Step 5. Step 6. Step 7. Step 8.
