STEP 1. Like Oman, you will start this step by drawing out a circle for the head, and then draw out the neck, torso, hips, and legs until you have a mannequin like frame.   STEP 2. Instead of a three step head lesson, you will be drawing Mako's head and face in six steps. Start by sketching out the shape and structure of the face, and then draw in the ear. The face is going to be drawn in a 3/4 view. Next, move onto drawing out the hairstyle like so, and notice how the front part of the hair or bangs is spiked up. You will then draw out the thick or bold eyebrows, and then draw in the eyes, eyeballs, and then the nose. Continue to sketch in the mouth, nostril, and inside of the ear. Lastly, draw out the neck.   STEP 3. Now that the head is all drawn out, it should look like this when its on the frame of the body.   STEP 4. Sketch out the shoulders which is also the cape or cloak. Draw the under shirt collar, and then sketch in some of the creases, folds, and wrinkles along the clothing.   STEP 5. Begin drawing out the left arm and sleeve, and then draw out the side of the torso, and then the right side of the body as well as the arm and some of the hand.   STEP 6. Continue sketching out the clothes which at this point is mainly the long open jacket. Next, draw out the hand that is resting on his hip, and then draw out the bottom of the shirt which has a notched bottom.   STEP 7. Sketch out the legs, and then be sure that the lining for the pants is wrinkled and folded. Draw some of the flap that hangs down the back, and then draw in the closed seam and buttons on the vest.   STEP 8. For the last step, draw in the rest of the legs, and then draw in the feet and the rest of the jacket which is the jacket tail. Add some last minute detailing and then begin erasing the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.   STEP 9. This is how Mako looks like when you are all done. Now you can color him in to really finish him off. I hope you liked this lesson on how to draw Mako, thanks for joining me today.   Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Step 5. Step 6. Step 7. Step 8.
