STEP 1. Begin your first step by drawing out a head shape for your dog, and then a body shape. Connect the two with a neck line and then sketch in the facial guides.   STEP 2. Using the head shape you just drew in step one, begin sketching out the shape of the wild dog's face and head structure. Draw in the large ears like so, and add some detailing to the snout.   STEP 3. Using the facial guidelines begin drawing out the eyes, color in some pupils, and then draw the nose tip. Add some wrinkles on the snout, as well as inside of the ears.   STEP 4. In this step you will start sketching out the chest of the dog and then work your way down the body to form the front legs and paws. Don't forget to draw in some elbow fuzz to before leaving this step.   STEP 5. Continue to draw out the body as you work your way down the back, and back-end. Sketch in the hind leg, and then draw the stomach. Next draw in the hind leg as well as the back paw. Don't forget to sketch in that long tail.   STEP 6. For the next step you will draw the other inner back leg and paw, and then sketch in some chest fuzz as well as some body detailing. Clean up the drawing so you can prepare your wild dog for color.   STEP 7. Here is what the finished dog looks like when you are all done. Add the patches and color in your dog to your own liking.   Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Step 5. Step 6. Step 7.
