STEP 1. For the first step you will need to draw out the cow bell shape box for the metal body of your Claptrap. At the bottom of the body draw in an overlay and detail it as well.   STEP 2. Draw the back part of the robot's body to close it off. When that is done we will work on getting Claptrap's arm drawn which is your typical looking robotic arm. The hand is a clip style hand instead of a claw style.   STEP 3. You will add the wiring that is attached to Claptrap's arm. This is also tubing that carries fluids to his circuitry. Add more detailing to the side of the body which is all the robot's design work.   STEP 4. You will now draw in the other robotic arm for Claptrap. Do the same thing you did with the left arm, then proceed to step five.   STEP 5. The front part of Claptrap should be tackled next. This is also what you would consider a face. Just follow this lesson and when you're done you can hope to step six.   STEP 6. Fill in the empty space by drawing the cycloptic eye or lens, then draw more detailing to Claptrap's design. Take your time, don't rush.   STEP 7. Almost done folks. We will now draw the compartment door at the bottom of Claptrap's body like so, then after you add the detailing, you can proceed to step eight which is your last drawing step.   STEP 8. That's it, you have made to to step eight, your last step. All you need to do here is draw in the wheel and add detailing to it to create the treads. Erase the mistakes you might have made, and wipe your hands.   STEP 9. Claptrap is finished. Now you can add some color to bring this Borderlands character to life.   Step 1. Step 2. Step 3. Step 4. Step 5. Step 6. Step 7. Step 8. Step 9.
